We require seven calendar days from the time the receipt is scanned into the system for verification purposes.
Immediately after your receipt has been processed in the app you will be awarded a set of Units that correspond to the current Reward Rules. The funds will firstly appear in your account as “Pending” Units.
After the verification period, the status of your Units will change to “Available”. You can then use your “Available” Units at any time for any eligible bill payment.
