If the payment you’ve made with ZIPZERO does not show on your bill, check the “Payment History” tab on your App (you will find it in the “Bills” section) - if the particular payment is shown with “PAID” status, that means the funds have been sent to your biller.
If ZIPZERO confirmed the payment, but it doesn’t show on your bills, it usually means that:
- you provided incorrect bank details of your biller or wrong reference number
- your biller did not have enough time to allocate the payment yet
Please check your account at your biller’s online panel or get in touch with their customer support center to determine the problem. If the payment doesn’t go through within a week, contact us for further assistance.
