If you use a wrong reference number while adding a service provider to your app, your biller may not be able to allocate your payments correctly.
On the other hand, we may also not be able to restore the funds paid with incorrect references, so you should be very careful with that.
If you realized that your reference number is wrong, delete your biller from the app and add the details again. It’s always best to contact your biller directly to obtain the correct information.
