It’s probably not a regular till receipt.
Remember, a receipt has to include the following details to be accepted:
- Merchant’s details (name, address, VAT number)
- Date and time of purchase
- List of items/services bought (with their particular prices)
- Total price
This problem usually occurs when you try to scan card payment confirmation, as these do not include the information listed above.
If you’re sure all of the required information is included on the receipt, but the App does not want to scan it, make sure your scans are of decent quality, snapped with good light and angle. If the problem continues, please sent us a photo of it to contact@zipzero.com.

hi i have a reciept to send for costco for £9.99 it was taken on 19 june 2020 but has a different receipt no. but zipzero will not except it as it says it has ben done before but it has not.
the receipt number is 0125 10 0063 135
And the receipt that has been exceped on zipzero is Costco receipt number 0125 10 0062 135 for £9.99 on 19/06/20.
