Go to the “Bills” section on your ZIPZERO App and press the “Payment History” button. You can now see all of the payments made by ZIPZERO on your behalf.
Your payments can show 3 different statuses:
- PAID - means that your ZIPZERO funds have already been transferred to your biller
- PROCESSING - means we are still checking if your payment can be made (e.g. if the bank account you’ve provided belongs to a company we can qualify as a utility provider)
- VOID - means that we had to cancel the payment (e.g. because you’re trying to send it to someone else other than a utility provider)
The ”PAID” status of the payment you’re interested in does not mean your biller has allocated the payment and updated your account balance. To be sure if your bill has been paid, contact the provider’s customer support.
