PAID - means that your ZIPZERO funds have already been transferred to your biller via BACS payment. It does not mean though that your biller has allocated the payment and updated your account balance already. This may still take a few working days to happen. To be sure if your bill has been paid, contact the provider’s customer support
PROCESSING - means we are still checking if your payment can be made (e.g. if the bank account you’ve provided belongs to a company we can qualify as a utility provider)
VOID - means that we had to cancel the payment (e.g. because you’re trying to send it to someone else other than a utility provider). Too many “VOID” payments may be a signal to you that you’re trying to use ZIPZERO in a way that does not comply with our Terms of Service. It may eventually lead to suspension of your account.
