ZIPZERO ONLINE SHOPPING TERMS OF SERVICE (BETA)
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) refer to your use of online offers service provided in the ZIPZERO mobile application (“App”). These Terms and Conditions explain how you can earn Units for making purchases using online offers provided in the App.
You understand and acknowledge that the online offers service is currently being provided as a “Beta”, and is made available on an "AS IS" and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for the purpose of testing and providing us with feedback on the quality and usability of the service. Testing is an essential part of the service software and development process. In case either new software or service introduced it must be tested in order to identify bugs, errors, flaws or shortcomings. You understand and agree that participation in the “Beta” program is voluntary and does not create a legal partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us.
The latest version of these Terms can be found in the “Online Offers Terms and Conditions” section inside the menu of the App. You should print or otherwise save a copy of these Terms for your records.
For detailed information on your rights and your obligations in using the App please see our Terms of Service in the “Terms of Service” section inside the menu of the App.
By using the online offers service in the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Unless these Terms provide otherwise, capitalized terms shall have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.

The online offers service is provided by ZIPZERO Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 11786825, with its registered office at WeWork Aviation House, 125 Kingsway, London WC2B 6NH, United Kingdom ("ZIPZERO", "we", "us", and "our"), owner of the App.
We are neither a party to any transactions with retailers you make using the online offers provided in the App. We are not the seller or supplier as well as we do not endorse any of the goods or services that made available by such retailers. Under no circumstances we shall we be held liable to you, the user, or any third party for the outcome of any transactions with retailers you make using the online offers provided in the App, including but not limited to, whether the retailer will supply the goods or services, pass the title to them as well as their quality, safety or legality.
When you use the online offer provided in the App, we are acting solely as an advertising agent for the retailers (or their tracking agencies) by sending them online customers and traffic. In return for this, the retailers (or their tracking agencies) pay us commission. Thanks to this commission we can award you with Units which can be redeemed for a Reward (ordering bill payment).
In order to use the online offers service go to “Online Shopping” section of the App, where you can find the list of online offers available at given time.
Each online offer includes:
- name of the retailer;
- value of the Units you can earn using given online offer – this can be described by indicating certain number of Units or the percentage of the value of the purchase you make using given online offer (subject to additional conditions indicated of the given online offer, see below);
- grace period – verification period after which the status of pending Units is upgraded to available if the remaining conditions are met;
- link to the retailer that allows you to register your purchase in the App and earn Units.
An online offer may include additional conditions, including but not limited to: method of calculating the purchase value (exclusion of VAT, delivery costs etc.), the minimum or maximum value of the purchase, restrictions on the category of goods or services which you may purchase as part of the offer, duration of the offer etc.
We reserve the right to change the conditions of any online offer as well as to suspend or discontinue any online offer, either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge that we have no express or implied obligation to provide, or continue to provide, any specific online offer, now or in the future. You agree that we shall not be liable to you, the user, or any third party for any change, suspension or discontinuation of any online offer.
You can add an online offer to “My Offers” list in the “Online Shopping” section of the App, so you can come back to it later. You can also use the share link to send your list of online offers via SMS or e-mail (by clicking “Shop on Desktop” button or similar) to review the online offers or complete the purchase on your desktop. The share link may have individual validity period after which it expires. After its expiry you will not be able to review shared online offers or complete the purchase on your desktop and new share link shall made and sent.
Adding an an online offer to “My Offers” list or sharing it using the share link does not affect the conditions of the online offer, including its validity.
You earn Units using an online offer provided in the App if the following conditions are met:
- clicking through to the retailer using the link provided in the online offer (by clicking “Go to Shop” button or similar).
You can use either the link provided in the App or the link provided in the shared list of your online offers.
Please keep in mind that only by using the link provided in the online offer we will be able to track and register your purchase in the App and award you with the Units.
- completing your purchase with the retailer after being redirected by us to the store, including paying for the purchased goods or services.
Please keep in mind that redirecting to other websites (including other websites granting cashbacks) or failing to complete your purchase will prevent us from registering your purchase in the App and award you with the Units.
If you happen to redirect to other websites or if you aborted the purchase you should return to the online offer in provided in the App and click through to the retailer again.
In order to allow us to register your purchase correctly in the App and award you with the Units, make sure you have ad block disabled in your browser or use the filter options that allow you to customize the action of the ad blocking program to your preferences, in which you can specify which elements of the page to be blocked that you want to keep visible.
- forwarding us the confirmation from the retailer that your purchase has been completed. You shall sent the confirmation to dedicated e-mail address email@example.com. The confirmation shall be sent from the email address associated with your account in the App, otherwise it will not be accepted;
- lapse of the grace period indicated in the given online offer.
You will be awarded with the number of pending Units that correspond to the given online offer after completing your purchase with the retailer after being redirected by us to the store using the link provided in the online offer (i.e. the conditions (a) and (b) have been met). You will be awarded with the pending Units up to 48 hours of completing your purchase with the retailer, however, this period can take longer during weekends and bank holidays.
You cannot redeem pending Units for a Reward.
The status of pending Units is automatically upgraded to available after the lapse of the grace period indicated in the given online offer, provided you have previously forwarded us the confirmation from the retailer that your purchase has been completed (i.e. the conditions (c) and (d) have been met).
You can redeem available Units for a Reward (ordering bill payment) at any time.
We reserve the right to request from you additional information or documents, justified in the given circumstances, confirming that the abovementioned conditions are met, including that your purchase has been completed. Failure to provide us with the requested information or documents will prevent us from registering your purchase in the App and award you with the Units.

You shall inform is without undue delay of any cancellation of the purchase made using an online offer provided in the App, which happened before the lapse of the grace period, regardless of reason, by sending the information to e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
If, despite meeting the abovementioned conditions the purchase has not been registered in the App and you have not been awarded with the Units please contact contact our support team at email@example.com. We endeavor to respond to your query or complaint in a timely fashion – we anticipate a maximum of 30 days to resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to cancel pending or available Units if we determine that:
- the purchase was cancelled before the lapse of the grace period, regardless of reason, including in the event of withdrawal from the purchase and return of the goods;
- the Units were awarded to you in error, including in case of failure to meet the abovementioned conditions;
- you are in breach of these Terms, particularly in the absence of informing us about the purchase being cancelled before the lapse of the grace period, fraud or misuse of the App.
We reserve the right to cancel your pending Units if you fail to forward us the confirmation from the retailer that your purchase has been completed before the lapse of grace period indicated in the given online offer.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time, with or without prior notice to you.
We will inform our users of these changes on an ongoing basis via email address you provided to us and/or via a pop-up notification within the App. All updates to these Terms will be published in the App.
The change of these Terms will affect neither your pending nor available Units which can still be redeemed for a Reward.
Your use of the App is equivalent to your acceptance of these Terms from and your agreement to be legally bound by them as per these Terms.
Should you object to any changes to these Terms from, your sole recourse is to discontinue using the App and uninstall it from the device you own or control. Please note that uninstalling the App is not equivalent to deleting your account in the App. Please refer to Section 19 of our Terms of Service in that respect.
Term of the online offers service
We reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the online offers service (or any part thereof), either temporarily or permanently, at any time or from time to time, with or without prior notice to you.
We will inform our users of such suspension or discontinuation on an ongoing basis via email address you provided to us and/or via a pop-up notification within the App.
The suspension or discontinuance of the online offers service will affect neither your pending nor available Units which can still be redeemed for a Reward.
You acknowledge that we have no express or implied obligation to provide, or continue to provide, the online offers service (or any part thereof), now or in the future. You agree that we shall not be liable to you, the user, or any third party for any suspension or discontinuation of the online offers service.
The following sections of our Terms of Service apply accordingly: Section 9 (Fraud, misuse or breach), Section 10 (Communication), Section 11 (Support. Queries and complaints), Section 14 (Limitation of liability), Section 15 (Indemnification), Section 19 (Governing law. Jurisdiction) and Section 20 (Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)).
We reserve the right to assign any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms, but we will ensure that the transfer will not affect your rights hereunder. You may not without our written consent assign any of your rights and obligations hereunder.
Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights or obligations set out within these terms will not constitute a waiver of our rights to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of these Terms.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any one or more sections of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of its remaining provisions, and each provision of these Terms shall be effective to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
These Terms constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the matters contemplated hereby.
