HOW TO MAKE SURE THE UNITS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT
Please follow these steps to help us link your "digital receipts" to your account and to ensure they will not be rejected.
1. First, click the link in the ZIPZERO app
Initiate your purchase by selecting the offer which interests you from our "Online offers" list. Please make sure you click the offer to do your shopping in the App, otherwise, we won't be able to track your purchase and add your reward units to your wallet. You can also click “ZIPZERO Offer” if the merchant you wish to shop at isn’t listed.
2. Checkout following the same link
Complete your purchase with the retailer through the link generated within the ZIPZERO app. This includes the payment process for the goods or services purchased via the offer. You can make your purchase on your mobile phone, directly via the app. Alternatively, you can finish your shopping through your desktop.
3. Forward the purchase confirmation (with product data) from the retailer to your personal ZIPZERO email
This document is recognised as a 'digital receipt' and treated the same way in which you would scan a regular receipt through the app. This confirmation works in conjunction with the unique link generated from the ZIPZERO app and allows us to link the Online Shopping purchase to your account, so we can award you the funds. Please do not send images or screenshots - make sure to forward the email from the retailer.
