To make sure the units from your online shopping are added to your account, you must send the purchase confirmation to your dedicated ZIPZERO email address. You can find your unique ZIPZERO email within any of the available online offers listed within the app.

Why do I have to send my order confirmation?
In regard to the order confirmation that you send, this is recognised as a "digital receipt" and treated the same way in which you would scan a regular receipt through the app. This confirmation works in conjunction with the unique link generated from the ZIPZERO app and allows us to link the Online Shopping purchase to your account, so we can award you the funds. Moreover, the confirmation you send is picked up by an automated system that does not read any of your personal information.
The only details that we do collect are only kept in the ZIPZERO ecosystem only. We can assure you that we have a strict policy with regard to data protection.
