ZIPZERO Online Shopping works based on us tracking your shopping clicks from within the app and registering them to the order confirmation that you send to us. This is providing that these clicks were made before checking out. The requirements for Online Shopping are not so dissimilar from standardized till receipts as they are treated as digital receipts.
ZIPZERO Online Shopping requires order confirmations to be forwarded to your personal unique ZIPZERO email, and they must include:
- The Merchant Name
- Time / Date listed on the forwarded email
- Product Data
- Value of the purchase
If any of the aforementioned is omitted, it is likely that we will be unable to register your confirmation and you will not receive units for the forwarded confirmation.

If you're forwarding order confirmations from Amazon and there is no product information listed, please follow the steps outlined here, so we're able to register these confirmations to your account.
