ZIPZERO’s Online Shopping feature allows users to earn Reward Units on partner offers. Once you have clicked on an offer, you get a dedicated link to that offer so that we can track your purchase and make sure your Reward Units get added to your wallet. Please note that if you use a different link to complete your purchase, the retailer will not pay out the commission that is the basis of your Premium Reward.
Once you have completed your purchase, make sure you forward your digital receipt or purchase confirmation to ZIPZERO using your dedicated email address (generated within the app). This is the final step required for your Reward Units to be added to your wallet.
Please make sure your order confirmation is forwarded to your personal unique ZIPZERO email and that it includes the following information:
- Merchant Name
- Time / Date listed on the forwarded email
- Product Data
- Value of the purchase
If any of the aforementioned is omitted, it is likely that we will be unable to register your confirmation and you will not receive units for the forwarded confirmation. If you have any trouble obtaining the correct receipt or confirmation, please contact the retailer for assistance.
