Upon making an online purchase via the ZIPZERO app, it is essential that you forward your order confirmation sent by the retailer to your dedicated ZIPZERO email address for it to be processed.
It can take us up to 7 days to process an order confirmation so please do not panic if you feel it is taking longer than usual.
Please make sure your order confirmation is forwarded to your personal unique ZIPZERO email and that it includes the following information:
- Merchant Name
- Time / Date listed on the forwarded email
- Product Data
- Value of the purchase
If any of the aforementioned is omitted, it is likely that we will be unable to register your confirmation and you will not receive units for the forwarded confirmation. If you have any trouble obtaining the correct receipt or confirmation, please contact the retailer for assistance.
