The time is finally here to introduce the new long-awaited ZIPZERO changes!
Voices were heard and opinions were shared so our aim with these new changes is to ensure that all of our Users can meet the requirements of the changes to attain making the most out of shopping with ZIPZERO.
Base and Premium units are no longer linked under the consequence of having funds released so consequently, we have redesigned the ZIPZERO wallet to reflect this.
The layout of the ‘Wallet’ screen has been simplified to visualise an easy-to-read summary of all your collected ‘Pending’ and ‘Available’ units. It is clear for Users to see what is available for them and the pending funds that are yet to be made available.
It also features a notification section which will provide you with the best new offers and news directly from ZIPZERO.
Users can now earn rewards for all of their shopping trips - snap your in-store shopping receipts or send any online purchase confirmations to your ZIPZERO email address and earn funds to pay your monthly bills!
Prior to the new changes, this section was where the User could see both physical receipts and online transactions stored in one place. Transactions were split between ‘Base’ transactions and ‘Premium’ transactions.
We have now decided to simplify the ‘Transaction’ section to help you store all your purchases in one place and make it a lot easier to find them!
A purchase will be differentiated based on whether it was an in-store purchase (scanned receipt) or an Online purchase (online receipt) - all of your in-store and online purchases will now be accessible in one place.
We now have an improved ‘Shopping’ screen which allows you to browse and save your favourite Offers.
It is also ready for the new in-store Premium Offers feature - which will be implemented in the next update in December.
This new feature will allow Users to gain in-store Premium offers by shopping in brick-and-mortar stores - and yes, grocery shops are included!
Lastly, we have introduced another new feature that will allow users to delete their accounts if they feel that their time with ZIPZERO has run its course.
If a user wishes to delete their account, they can easily do so by going to their settings on the app. Under ‘Account’, there is a ‘Delete account’ option that will allow them to do exactly that.
