When can I spend my points again please

  Hi Anita,

  Since we have launched the new ZIPZERO app, we have implemented changes in the way you can use your units. In the new app, any units you have are ‘Base Rewards’ units (carried from the old app) and will be seen as ‘Pending’ until they are made ‘Available’ by earning equivalent Premium Reward Units in the new app through online shopping.
