Dear ZIPZERO Users,
First off, we want to thank all our users for giving us a chance and continuing to use the app – your support is absolutely essential in helping ZIPZERO grow! The last two years have been tough for all of us for all the obvious reasons. And as a start-up, we also had to make tough choices to keep ZIPZERO alive.
Next week is an important milestone for us. That’s when our first wave of users will have their earned Premium units become Available. Those users will also see the equivalent amount in Basic units also become Available. Users can then use these funds to pay a bill – as long as they have a minimum of £5 in Available units in their wallet. Find out more about how Premium and Base units are made available within the app here.
To streamline the process, we will be making a few adjustments to our systems in the next few days. As a result, the app will be down on Saturday 19th February in the evening for updates. It will be live again on Wednesday 23rd February at noon and ready for payments made to your biller of choice.
Please keep your receipts from Sunday to Tuesday so you can scan them into the app when it is live again. If you plan to make an online purchase and want to earn premium units, please remember to do so before the app goes down, as you will not be able to use ZIPZERO to generate Premium links until Wednesday.
The upcoming changes are part of a series of improvements we plan to implement in the coming weeks. In March, you will also see a significant change in the app that will make it even easier to earn cash towards your monthly bills. Please stay tuned for more!
