    Hi Rosetta,

    We appreciate that this major change to the app may have you feeling disappointed and unsure about how you are now going to spend your units. But please be assured, what you have accumulated has not been lost. It is 'Pending' until it is made 'Available' through the premium rewards you get for every online purchase you make on the app. 

    We are also planning to launch a feature where you will be able to receive Premium Reward Units for in-store shopping (receipt scanning) in the first quarter of 2022. Receipt scanning will once again be a way to pay your bills without the need for Online Shopping!

    Well that's fantastic news about the new feature coming next year getting premium points for scanning indoor shop receipts will that release our base points then pound for pound from our historic points we have built up

    I've got 320.00 pounds and it's all gone to pending I only buy from ebay and amazon online where I make 10p 20p 5p so I contacted zip zero to say I'm gonna b 98 yrs old by the time I get my money out but they have reied that in the first quarter of 2022 they are gonna let us use our new earned money from instore receipts count as premium points which then will release some base points too they have surely got to come up with something to give us a chance of getting our money out I could really do with getting my 320 quid out towards my gas bill at the moment. Fingers crossed they are true to their word .

    I've sent them an inquiry, and I have commented across a few of these forums. In some I have read that we will have to wait 32 months!! Until the approval period passes?!?!?!
    I too hope you get your money as Zipzero are sounding more and more unethical and fraudulent.
    I've not accumulated as much as you, but when someone signs uo on a promise of money coming back to them, take the time and effort to scan etc, their change in policy is a slap in the face to secnt honest people. The amount I have accumulated could have paid part of a bill, which meant more available.money for a Christmas present or a few drinks and a meal, out with friends etc.

    yes I agree I think they are trying to do the same as TopCashback and quidco it can take several months once it appears in your account to become payable but certainly not 32 months I hope what they have promised in the first quarter of 2022 is not a lie as I do scan lots of receipts as our household is 7 people so we do get a lot .At first it was 1 per cent before covid then it went down to half a percent I was upset at that but this is now the worst ever outcome ever .Fingers crossed they are true to their word and next year things get better .
