We hope you are well and enjoying the beginning of Spring.
We know that introducing a split between Base Units and Premium Units in November, was a bit confusing for many of our Users. So, we redesigned the ZIPZERO wallet so that you can get a clearer picture of how your Base and Premium Units are split up. Now you can easily see how many Premium Units you still need to unlock your gathered Base Units!
Now, the “Receipts” tab in the app is called “Transactions”, where both physical receipts and online transactions will be stored in one place. Specifically, transactions are split between “Base” transactions (scanned receipts and non-partner purchase confirmations) and “Premium” transactions (purchase confirmations with our retail partners).
We also added quick access filters so that you can find out which rewards are Pending and which ones are Available – at the touch of a button!
You will also be able to preview the order confirmations you forward to your dedicated ZIPZERO email address too!
Currently, we are working on introducing a long-awaited feature – in-store Premium Units. It will take a few more months but we look forward to giving our Users the option to get Premium Units from as many in-store retailers as possible!
